At CoreLab Supplements, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, we may accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original condition and packaging

To be eligible for a refund, return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements or consumable products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Used items
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
